Aerokinetic Wing Manifestation - The power to form wings out of air
Banish - Ability to move someone from where they are to another location entirely. It might even be another country. In unusual circumstances the one being banished may not be affected....it might be the jinn. (case in point, Zoe) This must be a command by the 'master' of the djinn.

Air Magic - Users are able to use a form of magic that is related to and based on air. For example, one can use this magic to gain access to (esoteric/mystic/magical) air-related abilities (E.g. Air Manipulation) or to cast spells that require or are related to air (E.g. an Astral Projection spell or Healing spell).

Control, discipline, and restraint are extremely important. Unconscious, emotion-influenced, impulsive, or reckless use of this power can be catastrophic.
Distance, mass, precision, max power, etc. depend upon of the knowledge, skill, and strength of the user.
Such magic often drains a person's stamina or mana.
Naturally, stronger magic puts a much greater strain.
May be limited in a sterile environment with no air.
Smoke Magic - The user is able to perform a form of magic that allows the user to cast magical spells and feats derived from smoke.

May only be able to control specific type of storm.

Loss of storm could mean loss of magic.
Strength of spells could be dependent on strength of magic.
Vapor Magic - The user is able to perform a form of magic that allows the user to cast magical spells and feats derived from vapor.
Magic may have a price.
Air-based/Water-Based Powers may disrupt user's control.
Enhanced Speed - faster than human, fast as a vampire, not faster than a witch's spellcasting

Intangibility - The ability to phase through physical matter.
Invisibility - Users can render themselves unseen by the naked eye and become invisible in visible spectrum. The user can move about an environment unseen by others and act without being observed. Some users can choose to let certain people see them, while staying invisible to others.
Possession - The power to inhabit the bodies of other beings/entities.
Semi-Immortality - The power to not age. Absolute form of Longevity. Lesser version of Immortality
Shapeshifting - ability to take on any physical form they like (human, animal, plant)
Spell-casting - enchant, bewitch, hex someone
Teleportation - The users can teleport; moving instantaneously from one location to another without physically occupying the space in between or transfer matter (beings/objects, including themselves) or energy from one point to another without traversing the physical space between them.
Wish granting - The user can grant wishes of others or oneself, manifesting the desires of others and themselves into reality and make their wildest dreams come true.
Wishes may come with a price.
There may be cooldowns between each wish.
User must be issued a command or wish to activate their power.
The granters have to be persistent about their wishes.
Wishes may be restricted by rules. Most often "no wishing for more wishes" or Omnipotence.
User may not be able to grant their own wishes and, by extension, those of another wish-granting being.
Dependent on granter, wishes may have loopholes and twists.
May only be able to grant a limited number of wishes.
Wishes may not come out the way the wisher wished for.
Wishes may be literal. Example: if someone wished for a monster truck, the truck would act as a monster.
Wishes that involve physical transformations, such as multiple organs, may be painful for target.
Weak against Wish Negation.
May be incapable of creating life, limited to shaping existing ones, or transporting existing ones to the location of the user or wisher.
The extent of the wishes may extend only to one person, often either the person wishing, or another person if the wish is meant to affect someone else.
May be limited to how big or small the wish can be granted, depending on the user's own limitations.
May be unable to refuse to grant wishes.
NOTES: Djinni are bound to a receptacle (usually imagined as a lamp), which they cannot leave without certain events happening (someone rubbing the lamp, certain commands, etc).
Anyone who holds the receptacle may have command over the Djinni, forcing it to grant them wishes.
Destruction of the receptacle may either kill the genie or release it.
