His eyes flashed open just as his body sat up. His mind quickly turning to her. All happened within the space of a second.
No matter how many years, he'd only recently grown accustomed to the sudden waking.He knew Kyra had a lot ot do with it an wth her gone, he was falling back into his old ways. Not a good place to be.
Rising, he strode to the bathroom to shower, not that he needed it. Vampires didn't sweat or feel icky after a nights.(days) sleep. Only when the shower was done and he dressed would he call down to the kitchen to have his 'morning' meal brought up to her room. A smaller meal would be provided for her. Sheets have been refreshed and she's been sponge bathed helping to keep her cool. The pain seems less, but she is still going through the withdrawl, but it's startin to ebb away.
Well she doesn't feel like it's starting to ebb away. Nope, though don't ask her about the last 48 to 72 hours, she doesn't remember them.. only the agony.
She is grateful you cared enough to help her through it even if you couldn't be here the whole time. Even though she's screamed obscentities at you. She hopes you didn't take them personally. Words that would not normally leave her lips.

She didn't realize exactly what the drug had done to her physically and now the withdrawl really brought it to light. Her eyes lifting to meet yours as you come to her. She takes a breath and lets it out slowly with a face and a shrug

at the question of food she makes a face
"I can try."
but no promises there. she knows she should eat something.
As you say it will get better, she nods, her hand resting in yours. You still hold her gaze, but then she looks away, taking a breath.
"Thank you."
for helping her, for being willing to help her through this. She knows why Justine didn't.. She made Justine money being hooked on the drug and the feeling of release. Some Vampires paid all the more for giving her that release. Though she didn't want the sex. Why have the sex when you can get the same thing without it.
BEfore she looks away there is a great amount of shame in her eyes and heart, even though she knows it's all she's known. But still, it doesn't lessen the shame she feels.

says to ALL: (puts the post up anywhos) His idea of breakfast and her idea of dinner were fastly different. The meals were slightly similar, roast beef, potatos, veggies and a large slice of blackberry pie for him. For her, a bowl of beef broth with toast points placed on a small plate.
The meals were brought in by the cook, one he'd swiped from one of the other Houses in Italy. "grazie," he told the younger vampire. "Prego," came the reply, a curious but friendly look given to Sioned before he bowed, "My leige," he said before leaving as silently as he'd arrived.
Once the cook was gone, he handed her the robe he'd filched out of the wardrobe. "This should be comfortable enough," knowing it was light enough but not thickly heavy that she'd be uncomfortable as she'd been overheated for the past several hours.
He knew she felt shame, and deliberaely chose to keep the conversation as light and neutral as possible for the time being.
